Workplace Ergonomic Assessments
Conducting a comprehensive assessment of your work-from-home and/or office workstation with equipment, environmental, sensory, behavioural, and task-based recommendations to support return-to-work or stay-at-work.
Recommended for employees or employers who would like to proactively reduce the risk of workplace-related injuries (e.g. repetitive strain injuries, burnout, chronic pain flare ups, etc.) or to create a work environment that supports health and wellbeing for employees with challenges or disabilities.
Return-to-Work Focused Rehabilitation
Supporting return-to-life in order to return-to-work for individuals who are currently unable to participate in work due to non-apparent disabilities, traumatic events, motor vehicle collisions (MVCs), or workplace injuries.
Return-to-Work Planning and Support
Collaboratively working with individuals and employers to create graduated return-to-work (GRTW) programs and providing monitoring and support during individuals’ transition back to work.
Workplace Accommodations
Providing recommendations on equipment, environmental, sensory, behavioural, and task-based workplace accommodations to support return-to-work and stay-at-work.
